YOU'RE EVERYWHERE (CLARA'S SONG)

I thought it was the first time when we met in the asylum
but you really were a Dalek and you ordered me to run
then we met again in London where we battled with the snowmen
but I left the TARDIS open - from the clouds you took the fall

You're everywhere (you're in the air)
You're everywhere (you take the dare)
You're everywhere (you're name is Clara)
and I just can't find you
no I just can't find you

Well I heard the phone box ringing cause you somehow got my number
are you nothing but a puzzle? it it all a master plan?
so we slipped into my future where you leaped into my timeline
you were there from the beginning as I was leaving Gallifrey

You're everywhere (you mend the tear)
You're everywhere (you're here to care)
You're everywhere (you're name is Clara)
and you're right behind me
yeah you're right behind me

and I fear the end is coming, but you tell me to keep running
and I feeling all the changes - one more regeneration...

On the day you faced the raven, I swore I'd never lose you
punched my way across the diamond, and I finally found my home
and I came back to your rescue, but all your vial signs were frozen
now it's time to take your memories, but you switched the circuity

You're everywhere (this isn't fair)
You're everywhere (you were never there)
You're everywhere (your name was Clara)
but I don't remember
no I don't remember

but I knew the end was coming when you told me to keep running
I can't help but feel abandoned - time to find a new companion...

The Day Of The Doctor

a. The Fall of Arcadia

trapped within a memory of what you tried to hide
forgotten incarnation - the Doctor redefined
raging out in feeling and taken by surprise
you reach into the painting - you can't believe your eyes

the last day of the Time War - Arcadia in flames
you're just another soldier without a proper name
a half a billions lifetimes to settle up the score
you're reaching for your weapon - Gallifrey no more

you count the faces one by one
but someday you'll forget the number
don't ask how the war was won
the memory remains in slumber
but on that day the moment came to blow it all away
you caused the fall of Gallifrey

number nine emerges - but really number ten
and what was once eleven was really just the end
you're trying to forget him but you can't run away
the present, past and future all have a role to play

count the faces one by one
innocents led to the slaughter
the Time War never will be won
no hope left for sons and daughters
and all the death and all the hate has led you to this fate
a battle cry - exterminate!

what was once a simple farm is now a battlefield
a sanctuary one more time
in the stillness take your breath and set the moment down
is death your sentence for this crime?
the time has come to end it all
and now the Bad Wolf comes to call…

b. The Song of the Bad Wolf

morning
tears are pouring
the fires roaring in the distance
my eyes
red as your skies
I hear the far cries of the resistance
I've chosen this form from your future
or maybe it was from your past
and by your hand they all die
but you survive
I keep you alive as your sentence
time now to whisper your vow
wherefore art thou a young apprentice
two men by her side who will be you
many years they've shared your burden
the words that they say still remain true
and the meaning's ever certain

never cruel or cowardly
a promise made
don't give up and don't give in
just save the day
no more words be to be spoken
no time lines need to be broken
one solution left to be tried
we've got all the time on our side

twelve - no thirteen
all his lives they has roamed
in their time-space machines
here and now they arrive to save his home

c. The Final Battle

PREPARE FOR FINAL ASSAULT ON GALLIFREY!

ALL SHIPS PREPARE TO COMMENCE FIRE ON THE CAPITAL!

EXTERMINATE ALL GALLIFREYANS!

EXTERMINATE THE TIME LORDS!

THE DALEKS WILL BE THE MASTERS OF ALL SPACE AND TIME!

ALERT! ALERT! SENSORS INDICATE MULTIPLE TEMPORAL DISTORTIONS ORBITING THE PLANET!

ENEMY SHIPS NOW MATERIALIZING.

ALL THIRTEEN TIME SHIPS POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED AS THE DOCTOR'S TARDIS!

EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY! ALL DALEK SHIPS COMMENCE FIRE!

MASSIVE TEMPORAL DISTORTION NOW SURROUNDING THE PLANET!

WHAT IS HAPPENING? EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN!

THE PLANET HAS DEMATERIALIZED! ALL DALEK SHIPS IN LINE OF FIRE! UNABLE TO DISENGAGE!

WE HAVE LOST THE TIME WAR

d. The Long Way Home

time to reclaim what you once wore with pride
what you left was your name
as you now step inside the TARDIS
feel familiar changes as the memories fade
take in hand a stranger - a friendship to be made

never cruel or cowardly
a promise made
don't give up and don't give in
just save the day
no more words need to be spoken
never will his spell be broken
as the clouds break through the red skies
tears of joy the children all cry

twelve - no thirteen
all his lives he has roamed
in his time-space machine
he will fly all his life to find his home

THE GREAT ESCAPE

so many hopeless - numb in depression
ready to just give in
all of the blood shed - still nothing changes
when did it all begin?
fueling the hatred - filling the headlines
all the familiar spin
his life is ended for only one reason
the color of his skin

close all the borders - cause all the panic
grab all the guns you can
turn on your brother - not like the others
in love with another man
fear is a liar - fear is addictive
can't ever turn away
taking no action - forever searching
for someone to save the day

a familiar face in time and space
a world within his box
take me away you always pray
here come the spinning clocks - the universe unlocks

retreat into darkness - run to your fandom
slip into fantasy
renowned for your cosplay at every convention
for all of your friends to see
writing your blog posts - recording your podcasts
letting your voice be heard
preach to to choir - they all know the message
hanging on every word

how dare you shame - how could you blame
us all for all withdrawal
it's how we cope - can't take the scope
the horror of it all - as the bodies start to fall

where is the Doctor? why can't he save us?
surely he'd have a plan
with just a moment or with a whisper
make them all understand
i wish there were heroes - i wish there were saviors
but we are all alone
nothing but devils nothing but monsters
making themselves at home

it never ends - you share with friends
within the book of face
let your anger out - just scream and shout
can barely keep the pace to make the great escape

THE DOCTOR'S COMPANION

Rose was closing shop alone that fateful night
inside the plastic people gave her such a fright
He took her by the hand - from then she always stayed
to fight for what was right we often heard her say
she stole the Doctor's hearts - with sparkles in her eyes
she wiped out all the daleks - but soon a cruel surprise

in her eyes the man she loved had been replaced
but soon she saw her hero in this stranger's face
she never thought it'd ever end in so much pain
she didn't heed the sage advice of Sarah Jane
She's banging on the wall - her face all stained in tears
because outside the TARDIS the seconds pass like years when you're the

Doctor's Companion
falling thru space and time
protecting the galaxy - millions of world to see
having the time of your life
ride in the TARDIS
feeling your stomach give way
eyes open wide - holding on for dear life
perspective just slipping away

kneeling by her bed Amelia starts to pray
the voices from the crack - no sense in what they say
from the stars this big blue box crashed in her yard
her imaginary friend became her guard
and now she's all grown up, but was it all a dream
inside her house are monsters and she now starts to scream

her friend returns but not a day he's aged
in bow tie and suspenders he now takes the stage
he offers her a role in this amazing play
as long as she gets back before her wedding day
but now the silence falls - a lonely star in space
she won't forget the story - she'll put it all in place - she is the

Doctor's Companion
standing her ground in her grief
this is her day and she's getting her way
as she shouts to her only belief
that night in the TARDIS
Amy and Rory conceive
an unearthly child and she'll drive them all wild
while their timelines become inter-weaved

looking back in time his hearts full of regret
memories Donna had of him forced to forget
placed his hand on Martha's heart and turned it cold
and Captain Jack, though young he seems, is now so old
they sacrificed it all in faith they had of him
in spite of all the danger - your life is full of win when you're the

Doctor's Companion
falling thru space and time
protecting the galaxy - millions of world to see
having the time of your life
ride in the TARDIS
feeling your stomach give way
eyes open wide - holding on for dear life
perspective just slipping away
